Model 01 · Hydrodynamics FLUXOS
2-D shallow-water solver for flood & solute transport

High-performance C++ solver for the 2-D shallow-water equations on regular or unstructured triangular meshes. Couples optional advection–dispersion transport and soil infiltration, with hybrid MPI + OpenMP and CUDA GPU acceleration for basin-scale simulations.

Model 02 · Water Quality OpenWQ
Open-source biogeochemistry & water-quality engine

A modular water-quality framework that couples to host hydrological models (SUMMA, mizuRoute, CRHM, FLUXOS) to simulate the transport and reactive transformation of multiple chemical species across landscapes. JSON-driven configuration with swappable biogeochemistry engines.
